Residential Tenancies Authority (Queensland) Forms

Form 2 Bond lodgement is the approved notice for lodging a rental bond, part payment or increase with Queensland's Residential Tenancies Authority. Lodgement must happen within 10 days of receiving the bond.

Form 5 is the Queensland RTA form that tells the Residential Tenancies Authority the lessor, agent or rooming provider has changed during a tenancy.

Form 3 is the Queensland RTA form that moves an existing rental bond to a new rental property when the tenant moves but the lessor or agent stays the same.

Form 18a General tenancy agreement is the Queensland approved written lease for a house, unit, townhouse or houseboat. It sets the standard terms under the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008.

Form 10 is the Queensland RTA notice a lessor or agent gives tenants to tell them the rental property is being sold, before it is shown to buyers.

Form 12 Notice to leave is the approved Queensland form for a lessor to end a general tenancy on a lawful ground. It states the minimum notice period under the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008.

Form 11 is the Queensland RTA notice to remedy breach, used by a tenant, lessor or agent to require the other party to fix a breach of the tenancy agreement.

Form 19 is the Queensland RTA notice a mortgagee gives tenants, at least 2 months ahead, that it will take possession and the tenancy will end.

Form 4 Refund of rental bond is the approved form for asking Queensland's Residential Tenancies Authority to pay out a rental bond at the end of a tenancy. Tenants, the lessor or property manager, or both sign it.
