Land Services SA Forms

Form RTA is the South Australian application to amalgamate allotments under s 223LJ of the Real Property Act 1886. Owners of adjoining allotments use it to merge them onto one title.

Form AP2CP is the South Australian application to amend a community plan's schedule of lot entitlements. It is made under s 21 or s 59 of the Community Titles Act 1996.

Form AP2SP is the South Australian application to amend a strata plan's schedule of unit entitlements. It is made under s 12 or s 13 of the Strata Titles Act 1988.

Form VE is the South Australian application to extinguish or vary an easement under s 90B of the Real Property Act 1886. It removes, moves or extends an easement.

Form RT is the South Australian application for new certificates of title under s 78 of the Real Property Act 1886. Owners use it to combine or split titles without a plan of division.

Form RTU is the South Australian Application for the Deposit of a Plan of Division, lodged with Land Services SA. It applies under Part 19AB of the Real Property Act 1886 when no transactions occur with the division.

Form A5 is the South Australian application to vary the order of priority of registered mortgages or encumbrances under s 56 of the Real Property Act 1886.

Form CA is the South Australian application to note a change or correction of address on a certificate of title. Land Services SA charges no fee for it.

Form A4 is the South Australian application to note a change or correction of name on a title, for example after marriage. It is lodged with Land Services SA.

Form A2 is the South Australian Application to Register Death by Survivor under section 188 of the Real Property Act 1886. A surviving joint tenant uses it to record a co-owner's death on the title.

Form C1 is the South Australian caveat form, lodged with Land Services SA to protect an unregistered interest in land. It is made under section 191 of the Real Property Act 1886.

Form W3 is the South Australian Cessation of Lien under the Worker's Liens Act 1893. It asks Land Services SA to note that a worker's lien has ceased and clear the title.

Form D1 is the South Australian Discharge of Mortgage under s 143 of the Real Property Act 1886. The lender uses it to release land from a mortgage, usually after payout.

Form M2 is the South Australian Encumbrance under s 128B of the Real Property Act 1886. It charges land with an annuity, rent charge or sum of money for another person.

Form P2 is the South Australian Enduring Power of Attorney under the Powers of Attorney and Agency Act 1984. It is deposited with Land Services SA so an attorney can deal with land.

Form E2 is the South Australian Extension of Lease, used to extend the term of a registered lease under section 153 of the Real Property Act 1886. It must be lodged within two months of the lease's expiry.

Form E1A is the South Australian Extension of Mortgage under ss 153 and 153A of the Real Property Act 1886. It extends a registered mortgage, with the mortgagee certifying.

Form E3 is the South Australian Extension of Underlease, used to extend a registered underlease under section 153 of the Real Property Act 1886. The new term cannot absorb the whole headlease term.

Form TG is the South Australian Grant of Easement under s 96 of the Real Property Act 1886. It creates a right of way, drainage or other easement shown on a filed or deposited plan.

Form L1 is the South Australian lease form, registered with the Lands Titles Registration Office under Part 11 of the Real Property Act 1886. Lessors and lessees use it for leases of more than one year.

Form LR lodges a South Australian strata corporation's resolution to adopt the Community Titles Act 1996. It is filed with Land Services SA and takes effect once filed.

Form LN is the South Australian notice of lien, lodged by a worker, contractor or sub-contractor to register a lien over land under the Worker's Liens Act 1893.

Form P1 is the South Australian general power of attorney form for dealing with land. It is deposited with Land Services SA under section 156 of the Real Property Act 1886.

Form XX is the Registrar-General's caveat used in South Australia when an authority proposes to acquire land. It follows a notice of intention under the Land Acquisition Act 1969.

Form RX is the South Australian application by a caveatee to remove a caveat under section 191(1)(e) of the Real Property Act 1886. It starts a 21-day notice to the caveator.

Form S1 is the South Australian surrender of lease form, used to end a registered lease in whole or in part under section 120 of the Real Property Act 1886. The lessor and lessee both sign it.

Form S2 is the South Australian surrender of underlease form, used to end a registered underlease in whole or in part. The underlessor and underlessee sign it for lodgement with Land Services SA.

Form T2 is the South Australian transfer form for complex transfers that create, exclude or merge easements. It is lodged under section 96 of the Real Property Act 1886.

Form T1 is the South Australian transfer of land form under section 96 of the Real Property Act 1886, lodged with Land Services SA. It transfers freehold or Crown leasehold land after Revenue SA assesses stamp duty.

Form T4 is the South Australian transfer a mortgagee uses when selling under its power of sale. It is registered under sections 133 to 136 of the Real Property Act 1886.

Form T3 is the South Australian form to transfer a registered mortgage, encumbrance, lease or underlease. It is registered under section 150 of the Real Property Act 1886.

Form L2 is the South Australian underlease form, used by a lessee to sublet leased land. It is registered with Land Services SA under the Real Property Act 1886.

Form W1 is the South Australian withdrawal of caveat form, used by the caveator to withdraw a caveat in full or in part. It is made under section 191(1)(h) of the Real Property Act 1886.

Form W2 is the South Australian withdrawal of lien form, used by the lienor to withdraw a worker's lien from all or part of the land. It is lodged with Land Services SA.

Form WXX is the South Australian form to withdraw a Registrar-General's caveat entered for a land acquisition. The acquiring authority signs it under the Land Acquisition Act 1969.
