Titles Queensland Forms

Form 13 (Amendment) is the Titles Queensland form to amend a registered lease, easement, mortgage, covenant, profit a prendre or building management statement. It can extend a lease.

Form 11 is the Titles Queensland caveat that a person claiming an interest in Queensland land lodges to stop other dealings being registered on the title. Word and PDF versions are available.

Form 31 is the Titles Queensland form for registering a statutory covenant over a Queensland lot in favour of the State, a State entity or a local government.

This Form 20 is the Titles Queensland statutory declaration annexure, in a type-in electronic version. It gives declared evidence with a Land Registry form but must still be signed on paper before a witness.

Form 9 is the Titles Queensland instrument for granting a registered easement over Queensland land. It covers rights of way, drainage easements and the like, for another lot or a public utility provider.

Form 25 is the Titles Queensland form a foreign person uses to notify the Foreign Ownership of Land Register when acquiring an interest in Queensland land.

Form 18 (General consent) is the Titles Queensland form a third party, such as a mortgagee or lessee, signs to consent to another instrument being registered. It applies to a Queensland title.

Form 14 (General request) is the Titles Queensland form for asking the Registrar to record a change on a Queensland title where no specific form exists. Examples are a change of name or caveat withdrawal.

Form 7 is the Titles Queensland form for registering a lease or sub-lease of Queensland freehold land or a water allocation. Version 8 is current and is published as a Word (DOCX) form.

Form 30 (Mortgage priority) is the Titles Queensland form mortgagees sign to change the priority of registered mortgages. It applies to a Queensland title, for example so a later mortgage ranks first.

Form PNN is the Titles Queensland priority notice. It reserves priority for a transfer, mortgage or other instrument about to be lodged over a lot, usually for 60 days.

Form 24 (Property information - transfer) is the Titles Queensland form that must accompany a paper Form 1 Transfer, giving buyer, sale and property details. This is the type-in electronic version.

Form 24A is the Titles Queensland property information form that must accompany a Form 6 transmission application by a devisee or legatee of Queensland land.

Form 3 is the Titles Queensland release of mortgage, signed by the mortgagee to discharge a registered mortgage from a Queensland lot in full or in part.

Form 4 (Request to record death) is the Titles Queensland form a surviving joint tenant lodges to record a co-owner's death on a Queensland title. The deceased's share passes to the survivor.

Form 16 is the Titles Queensland request to register a power of attorney or its revocation in the Power of Attorney Register. It lets an attorney sign Queensland land dealings for the principal.

Form 20 is the Titles Queensland schedule for a statement about an alteration or minor correction made to a Land Registry form. An authorised person or solicitor gives it instead of the parties initialling.

Form 10 is the Titles Queensland form for wholly or partly surrendering a registered easement over Queensland land. The benefited owner signs alone, or both benefited and burdened owners sign.

Form 8 is the Titles Queensland form for surrendering a registered lease or sub-lease of Queensland freehold land, wholly or partly. A lessor and lessee sign it before the term ends.

Form 1 is the Titles Queensland transfer used to pass Queensland freehold, a State lease, a water allocation or a registered interest to a new owner.

Form 5 is the Titles Queensland transmission application for an executor or administrator to become personal representative of a deceased owner's land. It uses a Queensland or recognised grant.

Form 5A is the Titles Queensland transmission application to register a personal representative of a deceased owner without a Queensland or recognised grant.

Form 6 is the Titles Queensland transmission application for a beneficiary named in a will to be registered as owner of a deceased person's Queensland land. The personal representative consents.

The Form 20 Trust Details Form is the Titles Queensland annexure setting out a trust's details. It is used when Queensland land is transferred to or held by a trustee, instead of depositing the trust deed.

Form PNW is the Titles Queensland form for withdrawing a priority notice deposited under Part 7A of the Land Title Act 1994, signed by or for the applicant.
